Various cultivars have been planted in the farm, over the years, for differing reasons that include disease resistance, availability, cup-taste, bean size, et cetera. 
Coffee traders don't care about cultivars or cup-taste. All they look for is high percentage of 'A grade' sized beans and lowest percentage of bean defects.
